Refund Policy

Effective date: 14 September 2026

This policy applies to subscriptions and digital services purchased from Better Tomorrow Tech, a brand operated by Better Tomorrow Co.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before its next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily end access immediately. Unless stated otherwise for a particular product, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

To avoid the next charge, submit the cancellation before the renewal is processed. Removing content, ceasing to use the service or allowing a domain to expire does not by itself cancel a subscription.

NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS

Because subscriptions provide digital access and allocate platform resources, payments are ordinarily non-refundable after access has been activated or the relevant service period has begun.

We do not normally issue full or partial refunds for:

• change of mind;

• failure to use an active subscription;

• cancellation partway through a billing period;

• features that were not included in the purchased plan;

• restrictions caused by a customer’s violation of applicable terms; or

• interruptions caused solely by the customer’s device, internet connection or unsupported third-party configuration.

Setup, customization or implementation fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work has started.

WHEN A REFUND MAY BE CONSIDERED

A refund, reversal or other appropriate remedy may be provided where:

• the same transaction was charged more than once;

• we discontinue a paid service before the end of the applicable period without providing a reasonable alternative; or

• a refund or remedy is required by applicable law.

We may first attempt to correct the issue, restore access, extend the subscription or provide an equivalent service where that is a fair and practical remedy.

REQUESTING A REFUND

• the account holder’s name and registered contact information;

• the affected product or service;

• the transaction date, amount and reference number; and

• a clear explanation and any supporting information.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Each request will be assessed according to this policy, the purchased service and applicable law.

APPROVED REFUNDS

Approved refunds will normally be sent to the original payment method. Processing may take 7–10 business days after approval, although banks and payment providers may require additional time.

Payment-gateway or banking charges that have not been returned to us may be deducted only where lawful and clearly disclosed.

PLAN CHANGES

Upgrades may take effect immediately, with any additional charges shown before confirmation. Downgrades ordinarily take effect from the next billing period unless stated otherwise.

Promotional discounts, complimentary periods and free trials have no cash value and are not refundable.

CHARGEBACKS AND BILLING DISPUTES

Please contact us first if you do not recognise a transaction or believe a billing error occurred. This gives us an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Nothing in this section removes any lawful right to approach your bank, payment provider or consumer authority.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including remedies relating to defective, deficient, incorrectly described or undelivered services.
